The standard production time is approximately 3/4 weeks from the order date. As soon as your jewelry is ready, we will send you the tracking code to follow the shipment, which will take 1 or 2 business days.

Absolutely yes, all Jas Gold jewels are in pure 9 or 18 carat gold.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, chemicals and chlorine.
- If it darkens, clean it with a soft cloth specifically designed for gold or with warm water and a neutral detergent.
- Always dry it carefully.
- Protect gems and natural stones from scratches and temperature changes, because they are not repairable.
- For jewelry with settings, use a soft-bristled toothbrush gently.
